Bartender - Abu-Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced Bartender to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and serving drinks, as well as providing excellent customer service.

Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for customers
• Interact with customers to take orders, answer questions and provide recommendations
• Check customer identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety and sanitation regulations
• Use POS system to process customer orders accurately
• Clean bar area and wash glassware
• Assist in stocktaking, ordering liquor and other bar supplies
• Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor at all times

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a bartender or similar role in the hospitality industry
• Excellent knowledge of alcoholic beverages and cocktails recipes
• Ability to develop positive working relationships with customers and colleagues
• Solid understanding of health, safety and hygiene regulations in a bar setting
• Willingness to work long hours including nights, weekends and holidays if necessary
