We are seeking a Supervisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This position is available to both immigrants and local candidates.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of employees and overseeing their daily tasks. They will ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed, and that targets are met. The Supervisor must be able to motivate employees and lead by example. They should also have excellent communication skills with the ability to resolve conflicts efficiently.

To be considered for this role, applicants must have at least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role, as well as strong problem-solving skills. A degree or equivalent qualifications in a relevant field will be preferred but not essential. Fluency in English is required for this role.
