Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Supervisor to join our Abu-Dhabi team. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in a supervisory role, be an excellent communicator, problem solver and leader. As Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the assigned team. You will provide guidance and support while ensuring that tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities:
• Ensure that daily operations are running smoothly within the assigned team
• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement
• Develop strategies for improving work processes
• Enforce company policies and regulations
• Manage staff schedules, assigning tasks appropriately to maximize productivity
• Provide direction to employees regarding their work responsibilities
• Resolve conflicts between employees or departments as necessary
• Communicate effectively with other departments on behalf of the assigned team
• Prepare accurate reports on employee performance or departmental activities
• Monitor inventory levels and advise management when stock needs replenishing

Requirements:
• Proven experience in a supervisory role is required (1 year minimum)
• Excellent communication, problem solving and leadership skills
• Ability to motivate others and maintain an efficient working environment
• Working knowledge of company policies & regulations
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail
