Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role, be a self-starter, and enjoy working on a variety of projects. We are willing to consider applications from foreigners.

The job responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Supervising and coordinating activities of subordinates;
• Ensuring that company policies and procedures are adhered to;
• Monitoring the performance of staff;
• Identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations accordingly;
• Creating work schedules and assigning tasks;
• Ensuring that all staff members are trained properly in their roles;
• Investigating customer complaints or issues, ensuring appropriate action is taken in a timely manner.

The successful candidate must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. A Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or related field is preferred but not required. This position offers a salary of 1400/month.
