We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our team and ensuring that tasks are completed in a timely manner and to the highest standard. You will be expected to monitor job performance, provide feedback, train staff and ensure that tasks are completed safely, accurately and according to established procedures.

You must possess excellent communication skills as well as strong problem solving and organizational skills. You will be a team player who can work independently, but also understands when to ask for help when needed. You must be able to think quickly on your feet and remain calm under pressure.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. A good working knowledge of computer systems is also required. We are open to considering qualified candidates from outside the UAE.
