Job Description: Supervisor – Abu Dhabi

We are currently seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This position comes with a competitive salary of 1700 per month and is open to foreign nationals.

Job Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of the Supervisor is to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities by effectively managing resources, personnel, and processes. As such, your duties will include but are not limited to:
• Creating work schedules for staff members and monitoring their performance
• Developing plans for efficient workflow
• Maintaining quality standards in accordance with established regulations
• Ensuring that safety protocols are met at all times
• Liaising with other departments regarding resource requirements
• Providing guidance and support to staff members as needed

Qualifications:
To be successful as our Supervisor in Abu Dhabi, you will need the following qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Management or similar) • At least five years' experience in a supervisory role • Excellent communication skills • Working knowledge of MS Office suite • Demonstrable leadership skills • High levels of motivation and organizational ability.
