We are looking for an experienced Business Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200 QAR.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in managing business operations and teams. The successful candidate must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to think strategically.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the business
• Develop and implement operational strategies to increase efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Oversee customer service initiatives
• Monitor performance indicators such as sales, profits, and productivity
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Prepare reports on operational progress and financial performance
• Plan and coordinate staff development activities
• Communicate changes in policies and procedures to staff members

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent field.
• 5+ years of experience in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of success as a manager.
