Graphic Designer - Abu-Dhabi, 1800 AED

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visual solutions to communicate messages and ideas. This position offers a salary of 1800 AED. We are open to applications from immigrants.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Developing design briefs that suit the client's purpose
• Researching design trends and staying up to date with industry developments
• Thinking creatively to produce new ideas, concepts and designs
• Using innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time
• Working with a range of media, including photography and computer-aided design (CAD)
• Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work
• Contributing ideas and design artwork to the overall brief
• Demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches, storyboards, etc.
• Working as part of a team with printers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, etc.
• Keeping abreast of emerging technologies in new media, particularly design programs such as InDesign, QuarkXPress, FreeHand, Illustrator, Photoshop, 3ds Max etc.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field is preferred but not required
• Proven graphic designing experience for at least one year is required  (internship/freelance experience is acceptable) • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)                                 • Strong understanding of typography & color theory                                                        • Creative flair & up-to-date knowledge on trends & techniques in graphic design                              • Ability to work independently & as part of a team                                                 • Good organizational & problem solving skills
