We are looking for a qualified Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The chosen candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks and providing support to the rest of the team. We are ready to consider a foreigner for this position.
Requirements:
β’ 3+ years of experience as a secretary or in a similar role
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other related software
β’ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
β’ Ability to multitask and work under pressure
β’ Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
β’ High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is preferred
Responsibilities:
β’ Perform administrative tasks such as filing, typing documents, scheduling meetings, etc.
β’ Handle incoming calls and emails from clients and other stakeholders
β’ Maintain records of all correspondence with clients and other stakeholders
β’ Assist with day-to-day operations of the office
β’ Prepare reports and presentations as required by the team
Qualifications:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration or relevant field (preferred) β’ Working knowledge of office equipment including computers, fax machines, scanners, etc. β’ Working knowledge of office software including Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc. β’ Proven ability to multitask effectively under pressure β’ Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
