We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Project Manager to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain. The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 3 years of experience managing projects, possess excellent communication skills in English, and be a self-starter with a proactive attitude.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, leading, organizing and motivating project teams to achieve a high level of performance and quality in delivering projects on time and within budget. You will also need to be highly organized with strong attention to detail, able to manage multiple tasks at once, have an understanding of business processes, the ability to solve complex problems, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

You will be expected to develop detailed project plans; identify resources needed; manage resources; assign tasks; monitor progress; document results; ensure quality standards are met; provide reports on progress; and ensure that all deadlines are met. You will also need to liaise with stakeholders providing timely updates on progress while ensuring that clients’ expectations are met or exceeded.
