Project Manager – El-Fujairah, 1200 AED

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in El-Fujairah. The successful candidate should have a minimum of 3 years experience working in a project management role.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Project Management or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a project management role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions quickly.
• Knowledge of project management software (i.e. Microsoft Project).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Willingness to consider an immigrant is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive project plans and ensure they are effectively communicated to all stakeholders involved in the project.
• Monitor progress of projects and provide regular updates on timelines, deliverables, budgets, etc., ensuring adherence to quality standards and deadlines set by the organization.
• Oversee project activities and delegate tasks as needed while providing guidance and support to team members.
• Utilize project management software tools for tracking progress of projects; review reports for accuracy and completeness; adjust plans as needed based on feedback from stakeholders/team members/management/etc.; identifying areas of improvement for future projects; etc..

Other Requirements:
• Ability to travel when needed for client meetings or other business related needs..
• Working flexible hours when necessary (evenings/weekends)..
