Job Title: Surveyor - Sharjah, UAE

Salary: 1700 AED/Month

We are looking for a Surveyor to join our team in Sharjah. This is a great opportunity for an immigrant with minimal work experience who is looking to start their career in the surveying field.

Responsibilities include:
• Conducting surveys of land and buildings using specialized equipment such as Total Stations, GPS systems, and lasers
• Collecting and analyzing data from surveys to produce accurate measurements and diagrams
• Preparing detailed reports and plans for projects based on survey information
• Monitoring construction works to ensure that plans are being followed correctly
• Identifying discrepancies between plans and reality on site
• Working with a variety of people including landowners, clients, contractors, lawyers, and other professionals.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or equivalent qualification
• Good knowledge of relevant software applications (e.g., AutoCAD)
• Excellent mathematical skills
• Ability to interpret drawings accurately and solve complex problems quickly
• Strong communication skills
