Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah. The Merchandiser is responsible for planning and executing merchandising activities to increase sales, maximize profits and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include developing marketing strategies, planning promotional events, analyzing sales data, establishing relationships with suppliers, monitoring inventory levels, and coordinating with other departments.

Requirements for the Candidate:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
• At least two years of experience in merchandising
• Knowledge of retail sales principles
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills
• Must be willing to work flexible hours
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Must be open to relocation if needed
• Must be able to travel when necessary
• Native English speaker preferred but not required (foreigners welcome)
