Sales Manager vacancy in Musaffah UAE


We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team in Musaffah. This position is responsible for leading the sales team and developing strategies to increase sales and ensure customer satisfaction. The successful candidate must have excellent communication and negotiation skills, be detail-oriented and have experience in customer service.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing customer relations, monitoring customer feedback, maintaining a positive work environment and motivating team members. They will also need to analyze market trends, set competitive prices and identify new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have a degree in business or related field and at least 3 years of experience in the field of sales. They should possess strong organizational skills, great interpersonal skills and the ability to work well under pressure. They should also have advanced knowledge of MS Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc., as well as knowledge of CRM software (e.g. Salesforce). Knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage.
