Khalifah A City is looking for a talented and highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing effective strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service, communication and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of sales principles, practices, customer service and marketing is preferred.

The Sales Manager will be in charge of managing the sales team and monitoring their performance, ensuring that targets are met or exceeded. Duties include creating a positive work environment, developing sales plans, providing training for new staff members as well as handling customer inquiries, complaints and other customer relations issues. Additionally you will be required to prepare reports on progress, analyze market trends and identify potential business opportunities.
