We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our organization in Umm-al-Qaiwain. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter who can successfully manage a team and help drive sales growth.

The primary responsibility of the Sales Manager is to manage and develop sales strategies and programs. This includes developing and implementing sales plans, creating and managing budgets, conducting market research, identifying potential customers, managing customer relationships, expanding existing customer base, and ensuring customer satisfaction. In addition, the Sales Manager will be responsible for training, coaching and motivating sales staff to ensure the highest level of performance.

The ideal candidate must have exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate should also have excellent communication skills along with the ability to think strategically and creatively. The ideal candidate should also possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field with at least 5 years of experience in a management role within a sales environment. Experience in international markets is preferred but not required.
