Executive Chef job in Dubai UAE


We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.

The successful candidate must have at least 8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry. A Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent is preferred. We are also open to considering immigrant chefs with the right experience and qualifications.

The Executive Chef will be responsible for developing menus, ensuring quality control on all dishes, designing food presentation and providing overall leadership to the kitchen team. The successful candidate must be able to effectively manage and motivate kitchen staff, as well as maintain high standards of hygiene and safety. He/she must be able to develop new recipes and introduce innovative ideas that drive customer satisfaction.
