Chef – Dubai

We are looking for an experienced and talented Chef to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a passion for cooking and be able to prepare a variety of dishes from international cuisines. We require minimal work experience and are open to considering foreigners. This position offers a salary of 1500 AED monthly.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare meals according to menu specifications
• Monitor food preparation and presentation standards
• Ensure quality, quantity, and presentation of food items
• Coordinate orders with kitchen staff
• Select fresh ingredients, herbs, and spices based on menu requirements
• Maintain hygiene standards in the kitchen
• Supervise junior staff members
• Ensure compliance with all health codes and regulations

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a restaurant or catering setting
• In-depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation techniques, and nutritional value of food items
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures

Education: Diploma/Certificate in Culinary Arts or related field (preferred).
