Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Chef to join our restaurant in Umm-al-Qaiwain. The position offers an attractive salary of 1200 and we are ready to consider a foreigner for the role. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience as a Chef and be passionate about cooking with a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of all meals served in our restaurants. This includes designing menus, ensuring food safety standards are met, managing the kitchen staff, ordering supplies and taking responsibility for food quality control. The Chef will also need to ensure that all kitchen equipment is in good condition and that cleanliness is maintained at all times.

Qualifications
At least two years' experience as a Chef is required. A passion for cooking with an attention to detail is essential, as is being able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Previous experience of working with different types of international cuisine would be advantageous but not essential. Applicants must also be able to work flexible hours where necessary.
