Job Description for Barista in Dibba-El-Fujairah

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role
• Knowledge of coffee making techniques
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to meet sales targets
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
• Must be willing to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends


Responsibilities and Duties:
• Create hot drinks according to customers’ requests
• Provide excellent customer service at all times
• Take payments accurately and promptly
• Keep work area clean and tidy at all times
• Assist in stocking shelves with products when necessary
