Job Title: Barista
Location: Bani Yas City, UAE
Salary: 1700 AED/month

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Barista to prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including various types of coffee and tea. You will work with the latest equipment and learn new skills to stay up-to-date with current trends in the industry. As a Barista, you should have excellent customer service skills and knowledge of how brewing methods affect taste. You should also be able to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare hot and cold beverages such as coffee, tea, smoothies, milkshakes etc. according to customer specifications.
• Ensure all drinks are prepared quickly and efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
• Take orders from customers over the counter or through drive-thru service.
• Educate customers on our menu items and brewing methods.
• Receive payments from customers and provide correct change when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area by following hygiene regulations and health standards.
• Follow health & safety guidelines while handling food items at all times.
• Monitor stock levels of products and ingredients required for drinks preparation.
• Troubleshoot issues that may arise during shift hours.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a Barista or similar role is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of different brewing methods is an asset
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to multitask effectively • Good communication skills in English (familiarity with another language is a plus) • Foreign nationals are welcome to apply
