Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in El-Fujairah. This position involves working on a variety of projects, from residential to commercial and public buildings. The successful candidate will be responsible for measuring and mapping land areas, preparing reports, and ensuring accurate data collection.

Job Responsibilities
• Conduct land surveys using a variety of instruments such as GPS systems, theodolites, levels and 3D scanners
• Analyze survey data and prepare detailed reports on survey results
• Prepare maps of surveyed areas using computer-aided design (CAD) software
• Inspect properties to identify any discrepancies between legal documents and actual measurements
• Make sure that all surveys adhere to local laws and regulations
• Maintain up-to-date records of survey operations
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or related field
• 3+ years of work experience as a Land Surveyor
• Proficiency in the use of surveying equipment such as GPS systems, theodolites and levels
• Knowledge of AutoCAD software is an asset
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
Salary Information: A competitive salary package of 1500 AED/month is offered for this role.
