Job Summary
This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team of surveyors in Ras-al-Khaimah. We are looking for a Land Surveyor with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field, who is willing to work hard and help us achieve our goal of providing accurate land survey services. The successful candidate will be offered a salary of 1700. We are open to considering foreign applicants.

Role and Responsibilities
The Land Surveyor's primary responsibility will be to conduct land surveys accurately according to given requirements. This includes measuring distances between reference points, verifying the accuracy of measurements, recording data using surveying instruments, and preparing maps and diagrams using the collected data. Additionally, the Land Surveyor may also need to calculate distances and angles between points; determine elevations; determine coordinates of points within a given area; inspect construction sites for accuracy; prepare reports on findings; and provide advice regarding surveying techniques or equipment.

Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate should possess a degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience in surveying. They must have 3 years experience as a professional surveyor, preferably working with land survey projects. Additionally, they must have knowledge of topographical principles, mapping techniques, surveying equipment operation procedures, safety regulations related to land surveys, geodesy principles, aerial photography techniques etc., as well as proficiency in relevant software (AutoCAD). Furthermore, excellent communication skills are required for this role as well as the ability to work independently when needed.
