We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Al Shamkhah City. Our ideal candidate should have a good understanding of land surveying techniques, principles and regulations as well as strong organizational and communication skills. In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out accurate surveys of land parcels and recording measurements using advanced methods and technologies. This includes verifying the accuracy of survey data and preparing reports with findings. You will also be responsible for analyzing survey evidence to identify boundaries of properties and prepare detailed reports on topographical maps or aerial photographs. You will need to maintain records of all surveys conducted by you and ensure that they are properly documented according to industry standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for supervising junior surveyors in their work.

The successful candidate should have a degree in Land Surveying or a related field along with at least two years of experience working as a Land Surveyor or similar role. Knowledge of surveying software such as AutoCAD is essential while knowledge of GIS mapping is highly desirable. Additionally, you should have strong problem-solving skills along with attention to detail when it comes to carrying out surveys accurately and documenting data properly.
