Job Title: Land Surveyor
Location: Abu-Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Salary: 1300 AED/month

We are looking for a Land Surveyor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting surveys of land areas and gathering the data necessary to create maps and plans. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct field surveys using conventional surveying equipment, such as total stations and theodolites
• Collect data from sites and generate reports
• Analyze survey data for accuracy and precision
• Create maps and plans accurately using AutoCAD or similar software
• Ensure all survey activities are compliant with local regulations and laws
• Maintain accurate records of survey findings and results
• Assist in other related tasks as needed

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Surveying or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience working as a Land Surveyor or similar role • Good knowledge of current surveying techniques, principles, methods, equipment, materials and safety regulations • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment • Ability to work in challenging terrain with extended work hours when needed • Excellent verbal communication skills with fluency in English & Arabic (preferred)
