Land surveyor job vacancy in Ras-al-Khaimah UAE


We are looking for experienced Land Surveyors to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing survey measurements and calculations, preparing survey reports and maps, and ensuring accuracy of all surveying results.

This position requires the ability to evaluate data collected from land surveys, research records, engineering drawings, photographs and other pertinent sources. The successful candidate must have excellent organizational skills and must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

The primary responsibilities of a Land Surveyor include:
• Establishing survey control networks by establishing points on the ground using both conventional and GPS methods;
• Conducting field surveys to determine lands’ boundaries;
• Utilizing specialized equipment such as total stations, theodolites, data collectors, GPS receivers etc.;
• Processing collected survey data using software applications like AutoCAD or GIS;
• Preparing detailed reports and maps that accurately depict survey results;
• Keeping accurate records of surveys conducted;
• Consulting with clients regarding survey results.

The successful candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field as well as 5+ years of experience in land surveying. They must also possess an up-to-date knowledge of surveying techniques and technologies, have excellent problem solving skills, strong attention to detail and possess excellent customer service skills. We are ready to consider an immigrant for this position with a salary of 1700 AED per month.
