Job Requirements:
We are looking for a motivated individual who is willing to learn and grow in their role as a teacher. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be patient and willing to work with students of all ages, have strong organizational skills, be able to plan lessons effectively, and be passionate about teaching and helping students succeed. We expect minimal work experience but would prefer candidates with at least 1 year of experience teaching in an educational setting. Additionally, fluency in English is preferred but not required.

Job Duties:
The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching a variety of subjects according to the school's curriculum standards. They must create engaging lesson plans that adhere to the curriculum while allowing students to explore and discuss topics in depth. The teacher will also be responsible for assessing student progress through tests, quizzes, assignments, and other methods. Additionally, they must maintain accurate records of student performance for reporting purposes and provide feedback on student performance in order for them to improve academically.
