Executive Chef – Riyadh

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef for a position in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role and must be willing to work flexible hours. We are offering a salary of 1600 per month and are open to considering candidates from outside the country.

The Executive Chef will be responsible for developing menus and managing kitchen staff, as well as overseeing operations in the kitchen. They should have excellent knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and kitchen safety standards. The Executive Chef should also be able to develop creative dishes that match the restaurant's concept and provide customers with an exceptional dining experience.

The successful candidate should possess excellent leadership skills and be able to motivate kitchen staff to perform at their best. Additionally, they should be able to manage costs effectively by monitoring food waste, labor, and other expenses in order to maximize profitability.
