Job Title: Executive Chef

Salary: 1200 SAR

We are looking for an Executive Chef to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional kitchen and be willing to consider an immigrant. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operation, including menu development, food preparation, and managing staff.

The Executive Chef will need to have a strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality control standards. They must also possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills as they will interact with both staff and customers. Additionally, they must be organized and able to handle multiple tasks while delivering quality cuisine on time.

The successful candidate must also be able to adhere to budgets, cost controls and labor forecasts while maintaining high standards of food quality that meet customer expectations. Advanced culinary expertise is preferred along with knowledge of food trends and regional cuisine.
