Objective:
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Salesman to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be well organized, and have sound judgment and decision-making skills. We want someone who can effectively manage customer relations, identify opportunities to grow sales, and work with our team to develop strategies that will increase overall sales performance.

Job Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for researching potential customers, identifying their needs and desires, building relationships with them and convincing them to purchase our products or services. They must also be able to identify opportunities for improvement in the sales process and develop strategies accordingly. Additionally, the Salesman should be able to analyze data from customers’ inquiries or purchases in order to better understand their needs and preferences. Furthermore, they must ensure that all customer interactions are handled professionally, efficiently and courteously.

Qualifications:
The Salesman should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field as well as a degree in marketing or business management. They should also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills along with strong negotiation skills. The ability to interact comfortably with people from various backgrounds is essential for success in this role as well as an understanding of local cultural dynamics. In addition, they must demonstrate excellent problem solving skills as well as the ability to think creatively when faced with difficult situations. Finally, they must be familiar with technology such as spreadsheets and databases software as well as proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).

Compensation:
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of 1600 USD per month plus performance bonuses based on meeting target goals set by the company. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance coverage after three months of employment.
