Medina is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team and take ownership in the delivery of a variety of projects. This role requires the successful candidate to have a can-do attitude, be highly organized and demonstrate great problem solving skills. The successful applicant will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring and controlling projects from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in project management or relevant experience in the field with at least 3 years of project management experience. We are also open to considering foreign applicants who have an equivalent educational background or experience. The successful candidate will be required to work in Medina and must have an aptitude for working with budgets and a strong understanding of project scheduling tools such as MS Project.

In particular, the Project Manager will be required to:
• Develop project plans that encompass all aspects of the project from initiation through closure;
• Work with stakeholders including customers, vendors, contractors & internal departments;
• Monitor progress against deadlines;
• Estimate costs & resources needed for each project;
• Identify & resolve complex issues that may arise throughout the duration of the project;
• Create reports on progress & updates for senior management;
• Track quality assurance & provide feedback when necessary;
• Adhere to best practice standards & policies as laid out by company guidelines.
