Job Title: Project Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to join our team in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish and ensuring that all project objectives are met on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets and other documents for each project.
• Track ongoing project progress to ensure that all tasks are completed according to schedule.
• Monitor costs associated with each project and take corrective actions if necessary.
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure that all their requirements are met throughout the project life cycle.
• Analyze data from completed projects to identify areas for improvement in future projects.
• Prepare reports on the progress of each project for senior management review.
• Provide training and guidance to junior staff members as required.

Demands:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field preferred but not required.
• At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role managing complex projects.
• Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively manage stakeholders expectations across multiple levels of the organization. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy throughout all projects
