Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Najran, Saudi Arabia. This position offers an attractive salary of 1600 SAR per month and we are open to considering an immigrant for the role.

Needs of the Candidate
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 years experience in project management in a related field. They should be able to demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, as well as being highly organized and detail-oriented. A degree in project management or a related field is desirable but not essential. The candidate should also be willing to travel when needed and have excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic languages.

Responsibilities
• Lead the planning and implementation of projects
• Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
• Define project tasks and resource requirements
• Develop full scale project plans and manage all aspects of the project from start to finish
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely manner
• Manage resources within budget and schedule constraints
• Monitor progress against project objectives, taking corrective action as necessary • Develop comprehensive reports on the performance of projects • Serve as a liaison between stakeholders, technical teams and management • Coordinate process improvements across multiple departments • Manage risks associated with projects • Assess customer needs/requirements for current projects • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time within budget constraints
Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or related field (preferred)
• 5+ years’ experience in Project Management or related field (required)
• Excellent problem-solving skills (required)
• Highly organized with attention to detail (required)
• Excellent communication skills both verbal & written (required) • Ability to travel when needed (preferred)
