Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Umluj. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading projects from start to completion, ensuring all project objectives are met within the agreed timeline and budget.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, manage tasks, and track progress against plan
- Monitor project performance metrics and ensure that proper corrective actions are taken when necessary
- Identify risks and suggest solutions to mitigate them
- Manage stakeholder relationships and effectively communicate project updates
- Lead team meetings, review work results, and provide guidance as needed
- Ensure quality assurance of all deliverables produced by the team
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to completion

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a professional setting
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within tight timelines
- Experience of working with stakeholders from different backgrounds and cultures
- Strong communication skills both verbal & written in English
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field (e.g. Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Technology) preferred but not required
