Sabt Alalayah is looking for a motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have an excellent understanding of project management principles, a strong attention to detail, and be able to multitask effectively.

The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful execution of multiple projects according to client requirements. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to coordinate staff members and resources in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Manage project development from start to finish, including setting deadlines, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that include cost estimates, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Monitor project performance and make adjustments as necessary.
• Identify potential risks or issues and develop strategies for resolution.
• Prepare reports for senior management regarding progress updates on projects.
• Provide direction and support to project team members as needed.
• Develop strategies for improving efficiency within the project team.
• Establish effective relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction with services provided.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred; we are also willing to consider candidates with no experience but a strong background in Project Management principles
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role

• Excellent organizational skills with an attention to detail

• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts clearly

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)

• Knowledge of project management software (MS Project)

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• Solution-oriented approach towards problem solving

Salary: 1200 AED per month
