Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our team in Arar. The ideal candidate should have 1 year of experience in project management, excellent problem solving and communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
• Manage projects from conception to completion and ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
• Develop project plans that include objectives, timelines, resources needed, and deliverables.
• Monitor progress, identify any potential problems or delays, and take corrective action if necessary.
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure all requirements are met.
• Oversee the development of project documentation such as reports, presentations, etc.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed successfully.
• Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in project management or a related role.
• Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal) with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of management & staff.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
