Job Title: Teacher
Location: Abu-Dhabi
Salary: 1400 AED

We are looking for a qualified Teacher to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate is an experienced educator who is passionate about teaching and helping students reach their full potential. The successful applicant must have a deep knowledge of their subject area and be able to plan and implement effective teaching strategies. We are prepared to consider applicants who are immigrant workers.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and deliver engaging lessons to students of different ages and abilities
• Assess, grade and provide feedback on student assignments and tests
• Develop individualized learning plans to support the academic growth of each student
• Foster a positive learning environment in the classroom by encouraging open communication
• Monitor student progress, evaluate outcomes and provide regular reports to parents/guardians
• Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, parents/guardians, community members and external agencies to ensure student success
• Comply with school policies, procedures, regulations and standards of professional conduct

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field, Master’s degree preferred
• Proven experience as a Teacher or relevant role; preferably in a school setting
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
• Ability to engage students in learning activities that promote critical thinking skills
• Knowledge of current teaching methods, standards/requirements for student assessment
