Job Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service both in person and over the phone. This includes taking orders from customers, preparing hot and cold beverages, handling cash payments, stocking up on supplies, maintaining a clean workspace and resolving any customer complaints in a timely manner. Additionally, they may be required to take inventory of stock levels and replenish supplies when needed.

Skills & Qualifications Needed:
To be successful in this role you must have strong communication skills both verbal & written as well as being highly organized & detail oriented. You should also have basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and food safety guidelines. Previous work experience is preferred but not necessary; however the ability to work quickly while maintaining high quality standards is essential.
