We are looking for a passionate and experienced Librarian to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of our library, ensuring an efficient, organized and professional environment for our customers and staff.

The main duties and responsibilities of the Librarian include but are not limited to: overseeing library operations, managing resources, providing research and reference services, organizing library events and activities, maintaining library records, cataloguing materials on the computer system, providing advice on the use of library services and resources, supervising assistants and volunteers.

The successful candidate must be a motivated self-starter with excellent organizational skills. A good knowledge of library systems and procedures is essential as well as a commitment to customer service. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Library Science or equivalent experience. Previous experience working in a library is preferred but not essential.

We offer a competitive salary of 1100 AED per month with excellent benefits including housing allowance, airfare assistance and medical insurance coverage. We are open to considering immigrants for this position if they have the right qualifications.
