Librarian job vacancy in Dubai UAE for unskilled worker


Position: Librarian

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Salary: 1300 AED per month

We are looking for a passionate and organized librarian to join our team in Dubai. Our ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented and have a strong knowledge of library systems, procedures and services. We are open to considering an immigrant for this position.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the library is well-maintained and organized. This will include managing collections of books, magazines, newspapers, videos and other materials. The librarian will also provide reference services to patrons, assist in shelving books and other materials, maintain the library's catalogs and databases as well as assist with library events such as book readings or workshops.

Required qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Library Science or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a library setting
• Knowledge of current library trends and best practices
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel)
