We are looking for a talented, experienced and motivated Human Resources Manager for our company in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will join our team and be responsible for managing the recruitment, selection, training and development of our staff. The ideal candidate should have at least one year's experience in Human Resource Management as well as a good knowledge of current best practices concerning recruitment, selection and employee training.

The main duties include developing and implementing HR strategies; managing staffing levels; organizing employee orientation and onboarding processes; creating job descriptions; coordinating performance management programs; maintaining records of personnel-related data; organizing compensation and benefits plans; preparing reports related to personnel activities; handling disciplinary matters; ensuring compliance with labor legislation rules and regulations. The successful applicant must also be able to develop policies to promote a healthy workplace environment that is consistent with our core values.

The position is based in Abu-Dhabi with a salary of 1300 per month. We are open to considering foreign applicants for this role.
