HR manager job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE


Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in Human Resources Management and have an excellent understanding of the complexities of the Middle East labor market. We are also ready to consider an immigrant for this position.

The main responsibilities for the HR Manager include leading recruitment, payroll, and employee relations processes, developing policies, procedures and ensuring their implementation and compliance with local labor laws. The ideal candidate should be able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and management.

The salary offered is 1400 AED per month along with other benefits.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources Management
• Knowledgeable regarding UAE labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Immigrants are welcome to apply
