Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our human resources activities and ensuring that employees are provided with the best possible environment to work in. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and problem solving skills, as well as the ability to develop solutions that align with our organization’s goals.

Demands for the Candidate:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources Management.
• Proven experience in recruiting, performance management, labor relations, and employee engagement.
• Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
• Ability to think strategically and solve problems quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
• Must be able to legally work in Abu-Dhabi (foreigners are welcome).

Salary: 900 per month
