Restaurant Manager – Abu-Dhabi

We are looking for a motivated and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and successful restaurant. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, excellent customer service and communication skills, an ability to work independently, and a passion for the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant including staff management, scheduling, inventory control, customer service and financial management.
• Ensure that all staff members adhere to company policy and procedures.
• Establish and maintain a positive working environment for employees by providing training and feedback.
• Ensure that all food safety regulations are followed in accordance with local health codes.
• Monitor restaurant performance against pre-established metrics such as sales goals, cost control metrics and customer satisfaction.
• Develop marketing strategies to promote the restaurant’s brand within the local community.
• Develop relationships with vendors to ensure quality products at competitive prices.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred but not required (we are willing to consider applicants with no experience)
• Proven experience in managing a restaurant or similar hospitality environment
• Ability to effectively manage staff in a diverse multicultural environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Salary: 1200 AED/monthly
