We are looking for a passionate and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our Abu-Dhabi team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including overseeing staff, budgeting and finance, customer services and food and beverage quality. You will ensure all staff are well trained in accordance with company standards, maintain a safe and clean environment for guests, and ensure that all customer complaints are addressed in an effective and timely manner. You will also be responsible for developing new menu items, marketing initiatives and other tasks to drive sales.

Finally, a degree or diploma in hospitality management or related field is an asset but not required.
