Phlebotomist job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE


We are looking for a Phlebotomist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting blood from patients according to established safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as a compassionate approach towards patients. We are ready to consider an immigrant with no prior experience.

Responsibilities:
• Collect blood samples from patients according to established procedures
• Ensure the safety of donors and staff by following infection control policies
• Label, store and transport samples as per protocol
• Prepare specimens for laboratory analysis and tests
• Maintain records of collected samples
• Answer patient questions regarding the process
• Assist medical staff in minor medical procedures when necessary
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment at all times

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; certification in phlebotomy is preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision • Excellent customer service, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Salary: 1700 AED per month.
