Requirements:
• Proven experience as a chef
• Extensive knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
• Creativity and passion for food and cooking
• Ability to work long hours in a busy kitchen environment
• Food Hygiene Certificate
• Knowledge of food safety procedures
• Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is preferable)
• Must be willing to relocate to Doha, Qatar (for foreigners)

Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing meals according to recipes and standards set by the management. Other responsibilities include:
• Setting up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
• Preparing ingredients to use in cooking (chopping vegetables, butchering meat etc.)
• Cooking food in various utensils or grillers
• Testing foods to ensure proper taste and quality
• Monitoring food stock levels
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations within the kitchen area
