Optometrist job in Doha Qatar


We are looking for an Optometrist to join our clinic in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive eye examinations and diagnosing various eye diseases. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700.

The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication and customer services skills. We are open to considering immigrant applicants as long as they meet all requirements for the role.

In addition to performing eye examinations, the Optometrist will be responsible for writing prescriptions for eyeglasses or contact lenses, recommending treatments such as vision therapy or medications, and consulting with other healthcare professionals in order to diagnose and treat more serious eye problems. They will also be expected to keep records of their patients’ health information and provide advice on how to care for their eyes properly.

A successful Optometrist must have excellent attention to detail in order to accurately diagnose any abnormalities in their patient’s eyesight and recommend appropriate treatments accordingly. They must also possess good problem-solving skills in order to quickly identify any issues that arise during patient examinations and take appropriate action.

Previous experience is not necessary but candidates should possess a recognized degree/qualification in optometry or a related field such as ophthalmology or opticianry; however, we are willing to consider those with minimal work experience who can demonstrate exceptional knowledge of the subject matter.
