Job Title: Accountant
Location: Doha, Qatar
Salary: 1000 QR per month

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role and be able to demonstrate their knowledge of the principles and practice of accounting. This role requires excellent attention to detail, accuracy and problem-solving skills.

The key responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
• Maintaining accurate financial records
• Preparing reports such as profit & loss statements and balance sheets
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Reviewing all accounts payable/receivable to ensure accuracy
• Preparing bank reconciliations and resolving any discrepancies
• Assisting with budgeting tasks as required
• Providing support for internal and external audits
• Managing the accounts receivable process and ensuring timely payments from customers.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in accounting or finance along with experience in the industry, preferably within a professional services environment. We are also willing to consider applications from immigrants who meet the required qualifications. Knowledge of Qatar’s taxation laws is an advantage but not essential as training will be provided.
