Secretary vacancy in Doha Qatar


We are looking for an ambitious and organized individual to join our team in Doha as a Secretary. The successful candidate will be provided with a salary of 1100 and we are willing to consider immigrants for the role.

The main duties of this position include providing administrative support to the team, such as greeting visitors, answering and forwarding phone calls, taking messages, responding to emails, scheduling appointments and organizing office documents. The Secretary will also be responsible for coordinating meeting agendas, preparing presentations and reports, managing databases, ordering supplies and maintaining day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, a good knowledge of office procedures and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. We are also looking for someone who is proactive in finding solutions to problems. Previous work experience is not essential but would be beneficial.
